I'm really getting into the neon and pastel looks for jewelry this summer. My creativity was sparked last night when I was staring at my jewelry rack thinking how I would probably never wear some of those pieces again. So I grabbed my nail polish and went to town!
These clear bangles above are actually the rings that scarves come with from the store. I love them as up cycled bracelets!
